The cantina went quiet. Zeb looked up, then hid a grin. Alexsandr stood just inside the entry in his work clothes, a sharply tailored black-on-black suit that at first glance barely differed from an Imperial uniform. His long blond hair was pulled back severely into a neat tail, and his expression, to one who didn't know him, was one of bland derision. Zeb, who knew Alexsandr far more intimately than most, could read the incipient mischief in his general air, even from across the room.

a couple years ago i put sabine/numa in a swbb fic and i still think that was very galaxy brained of me. this isn’t exactly their first kiss in that ‘verse, but it’s a very close approximation (if you want to read the getting together fic, it’s can’t sleep without you in the family is more than blood 'verse).

here’s six sentences from my obi-wan/fenn rau/bo-katan wip, in which i insist on spelling fenn rau’s name as vhenn rau because there is no ‘f’ in mando’a, and steal ‘haat’ade’ from fanon because i like that abbreviation a lot:

Their days fell back into the routine they'd established, Bo-Katan joining Vhenn and Obi-Wan for after duty drinks if their shifts lined up. The Haat'ade generously put Obi-Wan and Vhenn on the same shift the vast majority of the time. As Bo-Katan wasn't one of the Haat'ade, her schedule didn't always line up as well. Even if it didn't, they made sure she knew she had an open invitation to come by their flat, or comm them any time. If they were busy, it would just go to the messaging service.

Once a month or so, the three of them would manage to find an off duty day to spend together.
