yes! early on in 'these trying times' there were all these articles going around about how to cope with the isolation and disruption, and most of the advice is very similar to articles i have read in the past about functioning with depression: maintain your sleep schedule, change out of your pjs every morning, brush your teeth, etc. but they also almost all suggested doing something that has tangible outcomes, and i think that it really does help - both with the isolation / disruption and my standard depression. as someone, somewhere, once said: it's hard to think the world is too awful when you've just knit a hat (to paraphrase).
